Valentino is as charming as his name suggests — confident, curious, and full of personality. This handsome tabby has perfected the art of being both a companion and an entertainer. You’ll often find him perched up high, surveying his kingdom with cool composure… until something interesting catches his eye, and then he’s right in the middle of the action!

Valentino loves people and isn’t shy about asking for attention. He’s playful, affectionate, and occasionally a little sassy — the kind of cat who makes you laugh one moment and melt the next. He’ll happily join you for pets and conversation but also appreciates time to do his own thing.

Valentino gets along well with many cats, though he prefers to be the boss and can get into squabbles with other males. He’d do best as your one-and-only or with a confident female friend who won’t mind his big personality. He’s also shown he could adjust to a cat-friendly dog with proper introductions.

Because Valentino can sometimes express his love with gentle “love bites,” a home without young children would be ideal.

Originally cared for by the wonderful volunteers at The Pas & Area Animal Shelter since 2023, Valentino has now joined SOS Prairie Rescue in hopes that his forever match is finally out there waiting.
