Sylvia was found out in the snow with her 4 kittens in February, near a small town.

She's pretty shy. She kept her distance from me for a few weeks. Gradually she let me pet her, but was independent and didn't need to cuddle me like my other fosters.... but...It's just been me and her for the last two weeks and now she's starting to cuddle. When I lay down on the couch she'll follow me, hop up and let me wrap my arms around her and pet her for a bit. Or she'll rest her chin on my legs. She'd sleep at the foot of my bed with her daughter Atwood, but now that it's just her, she's starting to venture to the middle of the bed so I can reach down and scratch her head. She even came to the top of the bed so I could wrap my arm around her as she laid down next to me to receive some pets. I think she just wanted a human all to herself.

She did a good job of taking care of her kids out in the snow, so she deserves a good life with a human who'll love her.
