This young lady has not allowed many pets and when we have touched her it was while she was distracted eating. She will hiss as you enter the room or get near her cage but will eat out of your hand. She seems to prefer husband as she has actually meowed at him for attention. When the dogs hang out by her cage she doesn’t react, she has even ‘talked’ to them. She has not been allowed out of her cage because I’m not sure she allow to be caught again. She has started to play with few toys, make biscuits and purr, so has started to feel comfortable, but will randomly hiss as you approach her. I think she would benefit with a slow going friend to show her that the rest of the world is not the garbage dump she was found in.
