I am pleased to introduce Oni to you. Oni came into the Rescue’s care at the beginning of March. She had a slow start as she was not feeling well and very scared of her new surroundings. With vet care, the reassurance of her brother Oscar (who has just been adopted 🙂) and lots of patience and TLC she has come so far.
She is healthier and happier than I’m sure she’s ever been. She will now seek out attention and playtime and even gives purrs which, to hear that as a caregiver, is the sure sign that everything is good in their world.
Oni is still shy and skittish and so would do best in a quiet home with someone that is willing to offer her the time and patience she needs in order to become the best version of herself.
She likes to play with toys so that is any easy way to start to gain her trust. It took a bit of time but she now does well with the foster home dog.
If it sounds like you’re the person that can provide Oni with the environment she needs, please apply to meet her.
