Hi! My name is Hans, Hansie to my friends – which, I admit, is pretty much everyone. I love falling asleep on my human’s lap, following them around the house, and standing guard while they shower. I’m always first into the kitchen, because that’s where the tasty, canned food and treats live!

I love chasing and pouncing on toys and hanging out with my foster sister. I enjoy playing with her and would likely do well in a space with another friend to play with or a human who can help me use up my energy. One thing that was unexpectedly fun to play with was some large sheets of packing paper – these helped me practice my pouncing and hiding skills. I wasn’t super sure about the small dog that I met recently and hissed at him a few times before consenting to accept his presence in my space.
