This little gal has made enormous strides since early March! Originally, Pixie was very fearful and refused to leave her hiding space under the bed, only coming out to eat and use the litter box at night.
But through love and patience, Pixie has come out of her shell and blossomed into a friendly and playful kitty!
Her top three things are Play, Pats, and Snacks! Play with you! Play with her roommate! Play by herself! Next up, are some good head and bum scritches. And then, a good nap in a sunbeam on the couch or her cozy crate. Maybe a tube treat or three to round out the day.
While still not one for being picked up, this darling tuxedo gal, with her little ankle socks and cutie mark on her left flank, loves to play with spring toys and worms on strings, and would do almost anything for food and treats. Pixie came from a multi-cat household, and is very polite with other kitties. She is very good with boundaries and does not start fights.
It is hard not to love this silly girl, with her round face and no-thoughts stare, her velvety shaved tummy and soft little mews. All she wants is someone who will love and play with her! How could you deny such a thing?!?
Pixie is still learning that being handled is okay, and to let her foster touch her paws to clip her claws.
