Beautiful Fable’s story is one of strength and resilience. Rescued as a stray alongside her sister Evette, she arrived in SOS care with an already grown litter of kittens—and within hours of settling into her foster home, she gave birth to four more. Understandably overwhelmed after back-to-back litters, Fable made the difficult decision to stop caring for her newborns just a week later. We can only imagine how exhausted she must have been, and we’re grateful she’ll never have to go through that again. Fable has since been spayed, healed, and is now ready to start her own new chapter—one that’s all about her.
More outgoing than her sister, Fable is an affectionate, talkative girl who loves being part of whatever her foster mom is doing. She chats, she follows, and she’s always ready to join in. Her silly side is beginning to shine now that the hard work of motherhood is behind her—bringing joy, companionship, and playful antics into the home.
Fable is adaptable and would do well in many types of households, with or without other pets. She’s known to keep her foster mom company in the bathroom, sleep close by on the bed, and sometimes sneak in for a snuggle (though she has to share attention with the other foster cats!).
After all she’s endured, Fable is finally ready to frolic, play, and soak up the love she’s always deserved.
