Boogie has been with SOS since March 2024, and he’s more than ready for his forever home!

He originally came into care after experiencing a serious urinary blockage that required surgery. When his owners were unable to manage the care he needed, they made the difficult decision to surrender him. Since then, Boogie has thrived on his veterinary prescription urinary diet, with no issues since his surgery.

Boogie is the perfect mix of relaxed and playful. He loves sunny napping spots, happily spends time hunting bugs (no fly is safe!), and enjoys affection and cozy cuddle sessions when the mood strikes. He also has a little mischievous streak that makes him all the more charming and fun to have around.

Boogie has lived with children, other cats, and even dogs, showing that he’s adaptable and easy-going. His future family will need to keep him on his special diet to ensure his health, but otherwise, he’s a happy, low-maintenance companion who’s eager to settle into a home of his own.
